By accessing or using our website and booking any services from Golden Chip Events (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Definitions
- “Client” means any person or organization booking services.
- “Services” refer to all casino-style entertainment, equipment hire, staffing, and related offerings provided by us.
3. Booking & Payment
All bookings require a deposit to secure your date. Full payment is due at least 14 days before the event. We accept credit card, bank transfer, or other methods agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- More than 21 days before: Full refund of deposit.
- 7–21 days before: 50% of deposit refunded.
- Less than 7 days: No refund.
5. Use of Services
All gaming is provided strictly for fun. No real money or prizes are used or exchanged. You agree to follow instructions from our staff and to conduct yourself responsibly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, logos, and images—is our property. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Chip Events will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or site.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sydney.
